The goal of the project

 

Kroger offers customers a variety of shopping features through its mobile app and Kroger's ClickList is an integral part of its mobile strategy moving forward. This report was conducted to provide analysis of the existing Kroger mobile application. Additionally, the full report outlines the research and makes recommendations on how Kroger can increase mobile sales and revenue through its digital properties supported by customer feedback. This work was conducted as part of a UX Master’s program

We learn a lot about how we might improve the Kroger mobile app experience through our survey and in-depth interviews/tests with our users. Included below are some of the highlights of our recommendations. What to learn more? Dive into the report!

  1. Notify the user of replacements and substitutions immediately

  2. Allow the user to tailor and customize recurring or favorite items on their dashboard

  3. Enhance the advanced coupon filtering system

  4. Seamlessly integrate ClickList into the app to increase cross-promotion and usability
