Health Solutions Portfolio (Current)
As Senior Manager for the Health Solutions portfolio, I lead a cross-discipline team, including engineering, product, and research. The team is focused on aligning strategy and efforts across the CVS Health Solutions product suite. In this role I assist in orchestrating efforts spanning six product delivery trains and multiple lines of business (including CVS MinuteClinic, Account, Pharmacy and Patient Portal). Core aspects of this role include advocating for design, collaborating with product and engineering to ensure a shared vision, and providing actionable roadmaps with a phased approach for feature delivery. 

Health For Life | CVS Patient Portal (2022-2023)
While Senior Manager of Experience Design for the Health for Life train, I led a team of designers, supporting the CVS patient portal. The portal is uniquely positioned within the organization to serve multiple lines of business and supports nearly ten million users. This role required me to work collaboratively across multiple product and technology partners while maintaining a thriving team culture that contributes to achieving the product OKRs and goals of the train. 

HCA Healthcare (2014-2022)
Manager | UX and Design Systems

As Manager of UX and Design Systems, I’m leading a talented team of UX, research, A11Y, and product design professionals. Collectively we build products and applications ranging from data-heavy workflows to social recognition for 200k+ colleagues and clinicians who care for 20+ million patients annually. Additionally, we own and maintain the organization's own digital design system, Neutron which supports and empowers several hundred products and brands across the enterprise.

Youngstown State University (2021-present)
Adjunct Interactive Design Professor

As an adjunct professor of interactive design, I was given the opportunity to build and facilitate a curriculum that introduced design students to user interface design. Teaching remotely, I produced over 70 videos instructing on everything from personas to high-fidelity clickable prototypes. Check out the course videos on Youtube.

Creative Director

During my time as creative director, I was responsible for driving the design efforts and work across the design team, while also leading creative sessions with clients to discover new solutions for initiative marketing campaigns. This role required me to be versatile in creative leadership, designing for a variety of outlets like music, entertainment, sports, retail and social. In just over two years I oversaw the launch of ~250 digital experiences for a variety of clients such as Taylor Swift, Luke Bryan, MTV, ESPN and Paramount Pictures.

Parallon (2012)
Senior Designer

Parallon, a subsidiary of HCA Healthcare, was hungry for creative leadership and visual consistency. During my stint at Parallon, I was fortunate to provide both and stabilize their product offering. This role allowed me the opportunity to work with several business line partners in both product and marketing spaces.

Uniguest (2010-2012)
Senior Designer

Uniguest really ignited my passion for creating scalable, easy to use digital experiences for a variety of audiences. While working at Uniguest, I played a critical role in expanding and shaping the vision of hotel business center and self-serve lobby kiosk interfaces. In this role, I was given the opportunity to work with global hospitality clients like Hilton World-Wide and Choice Hotels International. These brands challenged me to think of design as something that could be global and adaptable.
